Being sent to and from, head office and the branch

On the 8th of February 2013 I apply for a recall of a transection I accidentally made to one of my beneficiary who also hold a Nedbank account. The Indian lady working on the enquiry (I forgotten the name but they are only two ladies there an African and the Indian one) assisted me in this regards. She then fax all the paper work we have completed to their Account Head Office department as she told me that they don't handle recall on the branch level. She then gave me the document with reference number written on it together with the number to phone. The recall take five working days but you can always trace progress the lady advised me. When I call this number (0860 115060) this morning the lady by a name Lebogang (reference number for our chat is 61570183) said " The recall is handled in the branch not with them, she said my ref no. invalid" I then call the Nedbank Amanzimtoti branch and talk to the gentleman with the name Lindsey who told me that the recall is not handled in the branch. I then ask the gentleman to ask the branch manager to call me so that he/she can clarify but even now I haven't receive any correspondences from them.
