Due to the temporary close of your Panorama branch, my mother and I made a visit to the N1 City branch for the first time in years. The lady at the cashiers was extremely informative and friendly. She told us about Absa Rewards and my mother decided to sign up, as I no longer bank with Absa. She called her colleague, Darren, who was walking past us and he was happy to assist us with the joining process. We followed him to his office and we inundated him with various questions pertaining to my old account and her credit card. Instead of reffering us to the Enquiries desk, he assisted us with patience and care. These days people are all too happy to do only the minimum. Therefore I appreciated Darren's willingness to accommodate us, even though he technically did not need to. Unfortunately I did not remember the kind lady at the cashiers name. She also contributed to our wonderful experience at Absa N1.
