Funeral policy

I am extremely upset with regards to the service off your staff, my grandfather currently took out a funeral policy with edgars which the policy is with you guys. My grandfather passed away on the 18/10/2013 and to date the money has not been paid out for his policy we have spoke to a number of people regarding the issue from your staff and to date nothing!!! my mother called you guys and they said that they have deposited the money into my grandfathers account... now how can you deposit in his account if he died a month ago? the lady whom my mother spoke to said that the money will be deposited into her account in the next 48hours!!! Why? When we have waited over a month for the money to be paid out. What kind of service is this? my mother had to use her own salary to pay for the funeral because you guys have not paid up. That money should be put in her account today and if its not we will be taking this further as i have names and reference number too all calls made. I want a answer now
