Incompetent, nofollow up, broken promises badservic

In June I was offered a contract for Nexus 7 when the delivery arrived It wasn't what I expected also didn't like the fact that it didn't have a sim card .so within 5days I took it to Nashua mobile at The Glen Mall where Miriam assisted me to returned nexus and sim card.she apparently booked it in.after 3 days Iwas the mall I went to check if all was well with the returned tablet Found she was off but spoke to the Indian guy who apparently is the manager who promised to make sure that the Nexus was removed from my profile so that the I won't have to pay double as when Returned tablet I took Samsung tablet instead.
2 months later I got an sms that the myaccount is over due I owe R7345, 27 for returning Nexus even if it was unused In August 8th I went again to find out why I now have to pay as if I breached a contract I was told to sign cancellation form and someone I think was the suppervisor promised to reverse the billing for Nexus, 19 :08:13 Welheminah from headoffice phones me and says I should make an arrangement to pay7435, 27 as on system it wasn't removed or cancelled. Im client but must follow up more than 3 times they are all incompetent from manager who promised.
