I am really disgust with the service I receive from Sandton City!!!

After waiting for MORE than 2 weeks for the delivery and after they phoned me just after 9 on Friday the 15th to say their personal driver is on his way it took him 3 days to travel 65km's!!! They delivered the wrong simcard!!! I specifically asked for Vodacom because I know I have Vodacom reception where I stay and not sure about Cell C, The lady from the call centre told me more than once that cell c is the cheaper one in which i told her every time I'm not sure if I have cell c coverage, I KNOW for sure that I have Vodacom coverage!!

While the driver was still here I phoned the manager in which he said he'll have to order the new simcard and it will only be at the store on Wednesday!! I told him it is not exceptable as I need this for work and everyday I'm waiting my work is falling behind!! He promised to do his best! After a few minutes he phoned me back to ask me what time and date I placed the order because he first have to "find" the recording and make sure that I did request Vodacom and will get back to me!! 24 Hours later and still nothing!!

AUTOPAGE do you know what this order already costed me???
