My phone line was reported on the 9th of September 2013 Ref No:267CNK090913. Up to now they have been unable to restore my connection. If you call they tell you the cable has been and they are not sure when it will be fixed. I am staying 1.2 kilometres from the exchange and as far as I know it is all underground cable.
They jump to do new installation but they are unable to sort out an old customer. I would like to know when will they start to look after their supposedly pinnacle customers?
