I have a contract with MTN and it has only been two months, I currently have the contract with me and it states I am being billed for 300MB and LTE for 24 months. R400 each month is being deducted. so far i only receive R100 airtime and 25 sms's, When my contract clearly states i should be getting my bundles too. Now I am forced to purchase bundles manually which means extra costs. Support Calls have come with no solutions. Its been two months now that means i am owed 300mb 300Mb = 600mb! I am really getting fed up of being transferred from one department to another. Please resolve this as soon as possible... Don't make me regret porting from vodacom, your service is proving to be extremely terrible!
