Still no response please see previous 2 compaints you people are USELESS.

Stop saying we apologize for any inconvience caused and it will be escalated to the relevant manager.

And do something about it is that the only sentence you people can use???

Sort it out it is not that difficult everyone involved in this matter should rather get a different job this one is obviously to complicated for yourselves
