I took out a contract for the samsung S4. When discussing the costs involved I was sold a package at R389. When receiving my account there is an additional amount of approximately R120. I called the service provider and was told its an extra amount to cover cost of phone. I am furious cause this was not discussed with me when I signed for the contract. I would never have taken it since Cell C have better offers
