I took out a contract last month for a Samsung Galaxy S4. It was advertised on the website that you get 200minutes, 200mb and 200sms and free 1gb of data for 6months for R400. I was also told that once I exceed my allocated minutes or data I would be cut off and wont be able to make calls or access the internet, which I agreed to as i didn't want to have any surprises with my bill. fast forward to this month I only get 75minutes of airtime and a bill of R756. I called on last thursday and the consultant told me that I am on Smart S and only entitled to 75minutes. I asked her to log a complain as that isnt the deal I signed up for and I am still waiting for someone to call me. And I refuse to pay the R756 as that is way beyond what we agreed upon. I had an agreement with you to cut me off once I have depleted my limits. Give me what we agreed on or you will lose a very loyal customer.
