Escalated enquiries should be to assist the client. I have had endless problems with Cell C and with their representative: Busisiwe Vilakazi - Social Media/Escalations Consultant. I have now requested all correspondence to be in writing and requested that Busi not be the consultant I work with however as expected she was the person to mail me. When I replied to her email requesting a manager to contact me, she decided it appropriate to ignore my correspondence.
Please Cell C all I want is to end my contract. I have sent Busi a settlement offer which under the circumstances is nothing but fair. I am awaiting an URGENT response. I will cancel my debit order the end of this month and consult with the NCC should I not get a response within 24 hours.
