I am with MWeb 1mgps uncapped for a long time now and on the 4th of November throttled without notice the throttling on the 13th is still upheld even after any downloads was stopped only my wife is online as the rest of us cant even use the internet thats how slow it is (speed test shown it as .07mbps) when i asked when this will be lifted we got told not to use the service at all for 4 more days my? to mweb is do you know what uncapped means and when will you stop lying to pl and stop selling uncapped adsl if you throttle ppl on uncapped that go over 2gig a day. and stop lying to ppl blaming gaming and face book for high usage. To MWEB you have lost my account and trust me you will lose lots more as consultants in your help department stated. Don't let ppl pay for something you cant provide>good luck MWEB and goodbye you will never get more money out of me
