I took out a top up 135 contract after telephonic direct marketing from VODACOM contacted me. My existing pre-paid number was supposed to be converted to this new contract. The conversion however was done to the wrong number (one digit was wrong). The first debit order payment was collected from my bank account, but I have not received any airtime on my number!
I have phoned the 082111 number 4 times often waiting up to 20 minutes for a response.
I have phoned the after sales dept at 0821945 3 times and spoke to Dorcas on 12-11-2013, spoke to Noma and spoke to Tebogo on 20-11-2013.ALL THREE consultants promised to phone me back with an answer. Tebogo promised that I will have my airtime in 15 minutes. NO ONE EVER PHONED ME BACK!
This is in my view unacceptable after sale service from VODACOM.
