I BOUGHT A PRODUCT FROM MTN ONLINE, WELL ITS PATHETIC REALLY, I CALLED THEM REGARDING MY PURCHASE BUT THEY HAVE ALL SORTS OF EXCUSES, PRETTY BAD FOR THE BUYER OF THEIR PRODUCTS TO HEAR THAT HE PAID FOR SOMETHING WHICH HE CAN NOT GET.
MTN SHOULD CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS NOT AFRICA IT IS SOUTH AFRICA.
POOR SERVICE & TRUST ME I WILL RATHER PAY A BIT MORE AT VODACOM & RECEIVE GOOD SERVICE.
