Refuse to use common sense!!!

Follow up: So finally got someone that an actually think and listen, Anaand. He has been trying desperately to help me. Finally he tracks the number that we used in the S2, it shows 2011!!! thought this was the break through. Only to be told that they do not know if it was this contract. So why can the phone be tracked, I have it!
Any ways Anaand phones the store that I upgraded at, only to be told that it is under new management, so they do not have any documents for that period.so now I must wait until I do not know.
Now I have to pay an extra year because someone captured my upgrade year wrong! I have my first phone's box which shows 2009 - first year of my contract with vodacom. so why would I upgrade in 2012 only. My acc statement shows that they was an increase in my monthly invoices in October 2011. around the time I upgraded to the S2 and Tab R499 special! what more proof do you need??? track the IMEI numbers on my devices please, it should show I was issued these devices in 2011.
