Bad service

I opened up a new line and no told me that they will be debiting my account on a specific date, i was only told to pay money in store of which i did. vodacom decide to debit my account on the date note specified on the contract and now they blocked all my lines because they didn't find any money on that day. i cant call nor do work on the Internet.
i called their accounts department and the guy could help me and had attitude.
I'm going to close all my lines and stop doing business with them. this is unacceptable
