I have received a call in October from Cell C Direct when I was offered a contract for a Tablet. I agreed to it, but asked for 2 Tablet contracts to which the consultant agreed on. 2 Samsung T2110 Galaxy Tab.3.7's were delivered at my workplace within 7 days, but when I opened it, it was not what I actually wanted. The very same day I've phoned Cell C's Call Centre and asked them to please arrange for the courier company to recollect the Tablets from me. Over the course of almost a month, I've repeatedly sent messages, phoned Cell C's Call Centre and request them to sort the problem out. Sadly... nothing happened. The stuff is still with me. For who's account is it going to be if the products got. Thank you again failing on service delivery. This is appalling service and screams incompetence of the highest degree.
