I am so disgusted by the service i received from Renaldo from MTN Sandton. He was rude and very unproffessional.
I took my iPhone 5 for an assessment at the i-store and they told me that the phone was going to explode if i continued to use it.. This is a hardware fault and the battery should be replaced, . The gentlemen at the i-store referred me back to MTN and this is where i met this useless young man called Renaldo. Who told me that i was wasting my time sending the phone in for repairs. after complaining about it he then decided to book it in for repairs. the phone could have exploded in my daughters ear for crying out loud!!! What happened to empathy and going the extra mile for your customers.
What rubbish is this. I pay a monthly fee and this is what i get in return? i have 3 contracts and i have serious intentions to take my business elsewhere- where i can get value for money..
Finally spoke to Siyabonga Mpasula who helped me and i hope i get my phone back in 10 days fixed. Thanks Siyabonga
