Thank you for once again failing spectacularly on service delivery. I have once again received my statement in a format which I cannot open. I will never take out a Cell C contract again and will discourage all my friends and family from doing so.

Whoever was put in charge of this complaint/request stinks and is INCOMPETENT!! I am going to spell it out for you nicely now (that is if you can read).

SEND ME MY STATEMENTS
1. MONTHLY!!!
2. IN PDF FORMAT!!!

If you do not resolve this today I will contact your CEO and write a letter to the press. I hope this is enough motivation for you to DO YOUR JOB, which by the way you are being paid to do. USELESS!

I have over the course of the last 6 months repeatedly phoned the CellC call centre to request that my bill / statement either be emailed to me or sent to me in the correct format. I have also spoken to one of the managers who gave me her word that the matter will be resolved. Sadly nothing has been done. This is appalling service and screams incompetence of the highest degree! This is very basic services that can't be delivered upon... continues
