Account requested for months and nothing!

I have over the course of the last 6 months repeatedly phoned the CellC call centre to request that my bill / statement either be emailed to me or sent to me in the correct format. I have also spoken to one of the managers who gave me her word that the matter will be resolved. Sadly nothing has been done. This is appalling service and screams incompetence of the highest degree! This is very basic services that can't be delivered upon. I am growing increasingly tired of this dismal customer service which has all the qualities to upset me deeply and to ruin a perfectly good day.
