Telkom line/ adsl out of order

Good day,
My Telkom line is out of order since 9 November and it seems as if no effort is made to assist me, even though I explained to Telkom that my wife is working from home and we need urgent assistance. This time of year is peak time and we are currently loosing R400 per day on income
We have reported the incident on the 9th and Telkom did send out a Technician the same day (Saturday). Telkom then informed us that they did not have access to the property (287 Alectracresent), and cannot do anything about the matter. Note that we are staying at 251 Alectracresent, but the repairs must be done about two blocks from our home. We were informed that we must try to establish contact with the owners of 287 Alectracresent, which we indeed did, and they confirmed that they are at home 24/7. Telkom confirmed then that they will fix the problem, but don't send out Technicians on weekends. Strangely enough, because they sent someone out on the 9th. We however accepted it, as long as they will fix the problem early Monday morning. This also did not materialise. We therefore claim R1200 from Telkom and rectification. Several call were made and Telkom's offices visited 2 times. 0125477507
