Website not working

I have been trying to do my upgrade via the online store, but for the last week the website has been down with the message that it will be offline for 24 hours.
I really don't have a problem with doing maintenance to a website, but then at least state the time it will be offline and keep to that time. the "24 hours" as stated on this website has long expired.
