[URL Removed] is constantly offline and i just get passed around when trying to find out when it'll be fixed
WHY DON'T THEY DISPLAY ON THE WEBSITE *WHEN* it'll be back online - probably because they don't take it seriously enough to fix it timeously...
It seems to be down more than it's up (over the past few months) - why do they bother with having a website (and advertising everywhere that website URL) when it's constantly offline??? they are over promising, and uder delivering once more...
Both the callcentre (for passing the buck) and the manager (s) responsible for myvirginactive should be held accountable
PLEASE get this website working, AND KEEP IT WORKING!! and tell me (accurately) when it'll be working again

btw, maintenance is supposed to be temporary - otherwise they should shut down the website - AND STOP FALSELY ADVERTISING that URL when it effectively doesn't serve any purpose. just fix it (permanently) already
