I've had a contract for a month and was shocked to find out that the consultant at the Liberty branch of MTN in Braamfontein did not load the 300MB promotional data as part of my contract! It has taken three days of goinf back to this branch and he STILL has not fixed this!!!
This is unacceptable and quite frankly he is wasting both my time and money. Long story short -- MTN's 'promotional' bundles aren't worth the hassle. I bought the phone because of the promotion and now want to return it!
