23 MONTHS TO RECTIFY A BLATANT MISTAKE

I have 2 contracts with Autopage. The one is on a business name that doesn't exist for more than 5 years and the other contract has a Port Elizabeth address on (I have never lived or have any businesses in PE). I have submitted all documentation as requested at the time when upgrading both contracts on 22 June 2011. Since then I have tried on numerous occasions to rectify this, I have sent mails, went in to the store and phoned. Over the last 4 days I have been on the phone with Autopage for over 3 hours (between 40 and 50 min at a time). I couldn't get hold of a manager and even tried to get hold of a Mr Voight (believe he is one of the directors). They keep on rerouting my calls to the call center. I have been promised (more than I can remember) that I will be contacted - this never happens. My delivery receipt, when receiving the upgrade handsets, clearly states the correct business name both the contracts should be on. The result is Autopage do not want to change these contracts to the correct business name from June 2011. I will never use or reccomend Autopage as it is evident that they have no consideration for their clients. Autopage is in breach of the contract.
