I phoned on the 14th of March to upgrade my cell contract. The genleman assisting me was very nice and proffesional. Today i Phoned to confirm the progress of my contract but was informed that there was a hold on my upgrade due to stock availability!!! How does this work... one day you get promised 5 days to deliver max and then few days later it is on hold!!!

THis is rediculous... Are they not suppose to check stock with upgrade and are they not suppose to keep you updated???

I find this un professional and un realistic
