Wait forever for service

I called in befoe the end of sep 2013 and my arrangement regarding my payment and tel them they must debit me on the end of oct for sep and oct payment before the end of oct the put my account in dispensed state and the end of oct 2013 the debit was made total of R823 and I called in and ask when are they going to activity my account and they said after 7 days. I called in monday and they said to me they can see I paid and do not know why my account is still off and tell me I must get bank statements but they can see on my account that I'm updated and payment was in.
