UNLAWFULL SUBSCRIPTIONS

On my latest debit order I noticed that the amount is much highter (R700 more) that usual. After phoning call service I was informed that I subscriped to Mira Networks and Via media. I have no knowledge of these subscriptions. The same thing happed last month on my data contract and it took me three weeks to get the subscription cancelled. In the mean time R7 per day is added to my account. I what to know how vodacom can allow additional fees to be deducted from my account without my knowledge and consent. Vodacom is my service provider and must protect me against unlawfull costs beiing aded to my account. I have signed a specific contract with vodacom and certainly not with mira network or any other service. I will not be held resposible for I service I was not even aware of.
