I paid my dstv account via eft payment as in December know debit order was debited from my account, my wife called in to advise that the debit order as not come off her account when she called in. The agent @ the call centre says it did and after checking her bank account again she advised no debit order has come off. She then made an eft payment into the account. Few days later she got a notification that their is an unpaid on her account due to DSTV deducting the money after an eft has been made already.

This morning, the account has been suspended due to her not paying the account but proof was faxed through to the DSTV offices that an eft payment has been made for December but still the account has been disabled.

Are you running a circus @ your offices? cors every second month there are issues and your staff doesnt know what the is going on! very very unhappy and angry custome
