Termination of contract

I have been trying to terminate my contract with MTN SP for almost a month.
They keep on giving me different numbers for different departments.
After a month trying to cancel the contract, i think i managed to cancel it.
I'll check if it has been cancelled now. All the costs that i will incur if they don't cancel the contract.
Terminating a contract with MTN SP is the worst task as they pass you around all their departments.
The call centre agents give different information for advice.
It's the worst mobile operator after so many years being a customer.
