Paying for data dat im not using. poor service

I signed an Internet 5 promo contract in November 2011 and agreed that the R199.00 debit order date will we the last date of the month. well 18 December R588.73 was deducted from my account 15 January R218.00. 26 April R868.50.
i lost and reported the simcard in February. now they busy deducting and eating my money and they don't want to give me a new sim card. wen i want to cancel the contract they say i must pay R850.00 they cant used the money they deducted in april to cover the cancellation.
and now the changed the debit order date without my authorisation or informing me. is these not a breach of contact? i feel like my details r not safe with these liars.

im sick and tired of these useless . i visted 8ta mobile 7 times an they cant fix ther problem. all i get is case and reference numbers which are not followed. they said the turnaroud time is 48 hrs now is 912 hrs no response since the last complaint 6001713.
please cancel ur F contract and remove my name from ur systems.
