I have a brand new contract with Vodacom that is not even a month old that I got for business purposes. I don't know who Phonebox is and I most certainly have not signed up for Phonebox. I have just called customer care and been cut off after the girl telling me that it's 'not a Vodacom thing'. Well, I have news for you. It can only be Vodacom giving out customer's details to Phonebox. This is against all sorts of consumer protection laws. Shame on you Vodacom. I very nearly swapped cellular service providers before I took out this contract, but my 13 year relationship with you stopped me from doing that and yet again you show me why I shouldn't stick with you.
