A person phoned me to renew my contract. I agreed but stated several times that I dont want any extras because i am still paying for MILC and PHONEBOX from my previous contract. The person assured me that that there will be no extras on my bill. However I am surprised to see that I pay for phonesure per month. And still I am paying for milc and phonebox!!
Please help to fix my problem
