MFC not answering?

Phoned the call centre on 0860 879 900 and had to hold on for 15 minutes listening to the worst IVR (Interactive Voice Response) ever, before getting tired of wasting my money holding on for a company with No clue what Customer Service is.

The call was not even answered!!!

Unacceptable!!! Truely Pathetic!!!
