7 Working Days still no Ipad

Morning,

Why does it take 8ta 7 working days to get stock to the Sandton Branch, my application was already appovred last Monday... The staff are helpfull at the branch... but i do not see why iot has to take 7working days...

I am still sitting with NO Ipad mIni.
