I filled in a contact form on the MTN website as I have had to hold for hours with no help.
My upgrade is due I enquired if the phone I was looking for is available on the package I have no response I called spoke to Ntabeseng for 8 min only for her to tell me she cant help she put me through to upgrades and there was no answer. I will quite while I am ahead and get a device from FNB and a package from another provider this is terribale service.
