I filled in the form on the ADT website to be contacted on the 4th (a full week ago). The website states 24 hours max wait time, excluding weekends and public holidays.
On the 7th I inboxed ADT on Facebook enquiring as to why I had not been contacted. Hours later I got a generic response saying someone would be in contact with me shortly. It's now the 11th. No one has been in contact. What exactly is the problem? Channels of communication are clearly rubbish and I refuse to phone on principle. Don't have a contact form if you can't manage it properly.
