I signed up for a telcom uncapped 2meg adsl line last month and was told that I would be charged pro-rata for the month of October at a rate of R644pm. I just received a bill for R1719.90. And when I enquired about it telkom informed me that I had been charged for an extra upgrade. I never requested this upgrade and so I refuse to pay for it. Telkom must be held accountable and must charge the prices they advertise and which are agreed to by their clients!
