I contacted the upgrade center to upgrade to a new phone and package. The consultant I spoke to was fabulous: Pearl. I requested that they match the offer/package offered by the network service provider I am on. This provider had a two month added data benefit which i would like them to match. Pearl sent this through for acceptance. Today I get the response they cannot match the offer. Sooooo... what is the price promise??? False advertising!
Leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. This finalised my decision to move to a different service provider after putting up with bad service issues for a while.
