Opening up its customers to scrupulous

I'm an acc holder at Vodacom. Vodacom bills me for my calls as well as data bundles they give me monthly. Every month there is a portion going towards some scrupulous invisible provider called Mira Networks. Every month i have to call Vodacom to check if this Mira Networks is billing me and i would request them to deactivate it from my acc but every time i call again i learn that, Vodacom has not done as per my request. Example is i called on the 05 Dec requesting same. Today, i called again only to be told that this Mira networks bill has been active since the 17 Nov, this is in spite of me having requested Vodacom on the 5th Dec to deactivate this. My Ref for the 5 Dec was 5149677.When i asked to speak to a senior, Faith Mthethwa told me he is in meetings. When i asked to send a letter signed by me to exclude Mira from my bill, Faith told me they wont accept that. I feel i am exposed to this invisible Mira networks as they bill me through the account i gave Vodacom and Vodacom is doing nothing to protect me. I am very very frustrated as i feel being bullied by Vodacom on this matter and because they are big, they dont seem to care
