My Data line with Vodacom was soft locked and when queried why this has happened, I was informed that MIRA NETWORK has been taking R7 per day from my account WITHOUT my authorization.
When I tried to contact them to cancel the subscription, I get no response from them.
This practice has to be illegal.

Anyone out there please advise what I can do to stop this as my service provider VODACOM is useless.
