I have placed 3-4 separate calls to Cell C regarding my problems with my speed stick, I have explained my situation numerous time and still no solution has been given. The debit goes off religiously every month but I am not even able to use the thing the way I should be able to. When activating the speed stick, it says that its connected to the internet but when trying to open different websites it kicks back a "page cannot be loaded" message and when it does work the speed is ridiculously slow and one must wait endlessly for things to load!!! I was then assisted to reset the settings and was advised to "shut down and restart, it will then be ready to be used" no such luck, I had to call again. I was then advised to use either Cell C 3g or Vodacom 2g settings, neither option worked and I haven't been able to use it since. I don't have the time or resources to sit on the phone with Cell C BECAUSE my Contract phone which I got from Cell C is a piece of and hasn't worked properly since the word go, NO SIGNAL, DROPS CALLS permanently!!! Numerous complaints lodged. Either I get a new data stick or I'm putting a stop order on my bank account. IM SICK OF CELL C!!!
