Beware Vodacom's telesales!! (aka Rewards company)

I bought a WIFI router and data. I was sold 1 device 3 sims. I specified that I wanted 3GB. So instead of the salesperson providing 1 sim with 3GB - I was sold 3 sims with 1GB data. WHY? SO THE SALESPERSON COULD GET MORE COMMISSION. Options were not properly explained to me by the sales person.
So I called the sales division in to amend the contract (with 14 days). This was not done. I asked for a manager and was given an incorrect phone number to call.
I went to Eastgate's walk in centre the next day. Nompuleleo Moloi said she would fix the problem. I only received a call back 5 DAYS LATER telling me to contact the Rewards company directly.
Rewards company deemed my query as 'invalid' as I 'agreed' to the contract. Nobody explained that the 3GB would be split over 3 sims and nothing was done to amend my contract or to reprimand the salesperson.
So then I go onto the Vodacom site and inform them of these occurrences. Zuraan Isaacs emails me stating they can't do anything. What about me contacting the sales division within 14days? Why cant the contract be amended? What about the PATHETIC SALES SERVICE, BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE and the LACK OF INTEGRITY?
