I went in to the Cell C store on the 26 January to Rica my Sim card. I was asked by the salesperson if I had purchased the Sim card at the store? I said no, I had purchased it at another store. The salesperson said they therefore cannot Rica the sim. I, then complained and then he claimed they do not have the systems to Rica. Like really!!! I turned around to walk out and saw that this branch stocks the exact same Sim card so I asked how do you the Rica the Sim cards that you stock??? You guessed it. The salesperson had no comment!!! What a bunch of liars. There is nothing worse than a company that has no ethics. I will never deal with Cell C again!!!
