First off i needed to transfer my adsl line back from my isp to telkom, only then could i start the relocation which i did on the 7th of August.

i then received a bill of R666.60 from telkom for reasons i didnt know. i then enquired what was happening with my transfer which they said took up to 21 working days to do. I had a telkom guy come out (wednesday) and say that he couldnt do anything because something was wrong with the box with which he said by (monday) would be fixed. still no internet and have spoken with telkom. As usual the customer is left in the dark not knowing is going on because theres no communication between telkom and the technical department. and theres no number for the customer to get a hold of the technical department to find out whats going on.

my problem is now the ammount of R666.60 that is apparently a pro rata rate and a FULL MONTH bill for transferring the line back from isp to telkom. which is absolutely ludicrous. which i wasnt even informed about. i was told there was no charge for relocation. I dont understand why im being billed a whole month for a line i cant even use. please explain im not prepared to sit for another hour on your #10210
