About a month and a half ago, i took up a Neotel Mi-Fi product with the promise from a consultant that i was guaranteed a minimum speed of 3mps. However, upon reeving my device, i barely got 100kbps download speeds.

After speaking to the consultant, it was agreed that i was incorrectly advised and as such, the account would be terminated without any cost to myself.

However, 2 weeks ago, my account got debited by Neotel and after complaining about it, i was promised that they will refund my money by last week Monday. A week has passed with no communication from Neotel and Tshepiso Makhafola (executive escalator) and no refund.

I called to follow up on this and was told that Tshepiso Makhafola was not available but i will be called back and still, no word.

In essence, what Neotel has done is illegal and amounts to!!!
