Telkom will not provide me with any of the call recordings that I have asked for even after they promised they would. I have escalated quite a number of disputes but no one has gotten back to me and the disputes have be subsequently closed with no explanation. They have suspended my line, cutting off my adsl which I still have to pay to WebAfrica a total of R489 per month.

Now my bill is R3, 441.45 and I don't even use this service. I am past the point of trying to resolve this, does anyone know ow I can take legal action against Telkom. they truly do not make and effort. I want this entire bill scrapped. I have a pregnant wife who stressed about this bill daily, I have a credit record that is being effected by their incompetency and the only thing that will put me at ease is if they scrap this entire bill.

It's pathetic, I have made multiple complaints with no response, I am running out of options. Here is the bottom line, I did not have never had an ADSL service with telkom, I asked them to cancel the line at my old premises which they said they would do but ignored my request, this went on for months and they kept billing me. someone help!!!
