I caught telkom out lying to their clients, I'm a IT technician supporting many companies in Middelburg Mpumalanga. Especially in Vaalbank area numbers with 013 246 telkom throttle the line speed peak to 512Kbs durring day time for the past year now, even if pay for a 4mb line you will only get 512 kbs line when working on internet, Ive found out that telkom was supposed to connect Aug 2013 the fiber connection to the exchange to resolve this matter but telkom's project manager for this area didn't approved this, now leaving the client with K%K. Numbers which I can supply with this area as an guideline with this problem is 013 2461219, 013 246 1592, 013 2462625, number 013 246 1592 telkom didn't attend because the line speed keeps falling away and its been more that 4 weeks no and telkom didn't even attend stating they will send a technician with no response, What I'm going to do now is to go to every person in the vaalbank having adsl and informing the persons what telkom is doing providing them with ICASA and reverent concerned party's like the onbits and telling them telkom is lying to them and still aspects the client to pay for full service but delivering no service, Nice Tel
