I have been trying to contact Afrihost since Friday. Phone just rings and rings... Sent a number of mails requesting someone contact me to sort out my problem. They took the time to respond to my mail, telling me to send an SMS to 32541, so that someone can contact me!!! So i guess a mail indicating my dis-satisfaction at the pathetic service levels isn't enough - they have to receive an SMS? I wonder - could it be that they are making a cut on the SMS number??? From "I think you guys are Amazing" to "Your service is worse than Telkom" in 1 simple query...
