CellC represented by Me. Ruth contacted me regarding the matter, she listerned to the "tape", she sides with the consultant who gave me the contract and i requested the supervisor to contact me and im still waiting. If the deal says "you keep the existing contract until end of term" since the existing contract had BIS i assumed that i get all benefits until end of term and apparently they removed BIS. I requested the Supervisor to contact me so i can get their view and they hear my side of the story.
I REFUSE TO PAY FOR THE INTERNET USE WHEN THEY SAID I KEEP MY OLD CONDITIONS WHICH HAD BIS AND WAS IT WAS REMOVED.
MAY I REQUEST THE CONTACTS OF THE OMBURTSMAN IN THIS INDUSTRY.
